Service Description

Flow through with this Slow Flow Vinyasa practice. Move with intention, while focusing on your breath and feeling into the asana(pose). Take a few rounds of breath in each pose, allowing space to explore and tune-in to your alignment. Observe and honoring where you are at in your practice at that moment. Let go of ego and embrace the moving meditation of your practice.
