HOW IT ALL GOT STARTED

I first discovered yoga in 2011 when I attended my very first class on Fort Huachuca AZ. It wasn't long before I became completely obsessed, and began exploring yoga by taking classes, attending workshops and even completing a 200 hr and 300hr Teacher Training program with Firefly Yoga. Since then, I've been teaching both in the studio and at home, sharing my passion and love for yoga with others.
