Discover Your Inner Balance At
It's Your Practice

Join Our Community With Our Experienced Teacher, Special Guests, & Students
It's Your Practice started in a living room turned Yoga space with a dream to help support others, build community, change lives, and do something meaningful. Classes were created to fit the unique needs of the students.
Since then, we've had the opportunity to move into a space that allows for growth, allowing for larger classes, workshops, events, & day retreats. We are always evolving with our students and continue to provide a safe & nurturing environment to support your personal Yoga Journey & Experience as you find the balance within.
Building a business in a small town has its challenges, and even more when you are an outsider. Growing up in a small town in Alaska I am no stranger to the challenges of a small town, and the bias towards new forms of thought, outsiders, and things such as yoga. It's Your Practice welcomes all ethnicities, sexual identities, ages, abilities, body shapes & sizes, religious preference, and political affiliation.

Classes
Love Yourself Yoga
Mondays 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Love Yourself Yoga is a practice geared towards self-acceptance and appreciating all the wonderous ways our bodies move & what they do for us every day. Discover movement that leaves you feeling good inside & out, while being supported with positive affirmations. From gently warming up the body to dynamic & mindful movements we will honor our body & energy level. Feel your mindset shift as you move through stagnant energy and break free from old thought patterns.
Yin Yoga
Wednesdays at 7pm - 8pm
Yin Yoga is a blend of Yoga, Taoist Philosophy, & Chinese Medicine, but it is also so much more! Yin uses props to support the body & joints while in poses for 3-5min at a half effort to target the fascia & parasympathetic nervous system. During this slow and gentle practice, stillness is our guide on an inward journey of observing, experiencing, & feeling. Move into a gentler space for mind & body to connect as you let go and lean towards a more peaceful state of being.
